leadership development for wise rebels
Our programmes are for wise rebels. For women who are not afraid to feel, confront and choose their truth. Here, we honour the wilde in you – the raw zest for life that cannot be tamed – and the wise power that is deeply rooted in your body, your history and your knowledge.
Strong Roots. Untamed Presence.
Our approach is systemic, deep and body-oriented. No superficial quick fixes,
but real transformation.
You learn by experiencing, embodying,
falling and getting up again – supported by a community that reminds you of who you are.

Wild Wisdom August 2026

As an engineer and researcher, I often operate from my head: analyzing, understanding, and solving problems. The Wild Wisdom reintroduced me to the power of feeling, connecting, and trusting.
This two-day retreat was a special gift to myself. The combination of pure nature, deep reflection, and genuine encounters with inspiring women continues to resonate with me.

No matter your age, background, or life questions, it’s precisely finding harmony in that diversity that makes the experience so enriching. Under the guidance of warm, knowledgeable guides, a safe space is created where you can settle in, grow, and connect. And boy, have we grown!

I went home with a heart full of gratitude, new insights, and a special bond with women I hadn’t known before. An experience that has enriched me so much.
